A minimum of dust and small particles
Our charcoal goes through a double screening process. This gives charcoal bags a minimum percentage of dust and small particles, and a good mix of small-medium and medium-large pieces: the smaller pieces start your fire fast, and the larger ones make it last longer.
The very small pieces and dust we separate are used to make our briquettes, so nothing goes to waste.
