Design your bag
We help you design your bag: we provide the layouts and the information every bag needs, like warnings and other regulations, and we guide you until the artwork is approved.

Initial bag order
Once the artwork is approved, your company orders the first batch of bags. We help you get them made by a bag manufacturer in Mexico and stay with you through the whole process. Minimum quantities depend on bag size.

Bag manufacturing
Your bags are made and sent to our packaging facility. They belong to you, and we store them at no cost as long as you keep ordering charcoal.

Order product
Issue purchase orders for any amount — you can mix products in one shipment. The most cost-efficient option is a full truckload, which ships in about one week on average once your bags are ready.

Shipping your way
We quote ex works (at our plant in Mexico), FOB Laredo, Texas, or delivered anywhere in the USA. Pick up with your own carrier at our plant in Mexico or at our warehouse in Laredo, TX, use consolidated freight when you order less than a full truckload, or let us deliver to your door.
Your bags are yours — we keep them for you
The bags belong to your company. We store them at our packaging facility at no cost as long as you keep ordering charcoal, so every purchase order can be filled quickly. If you ever stop ordering, you can have your remaining bags picked up.
Mixed loads and large volumes
Lump charcoal, briquettes and different bag sizes can go in the same shipment. A full truckload carries 38,000 to 40,000 lbs, usually 26 to 28 pallets, and we have the capacity to handle large volumes.
